Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of Global IP Network customers and new-logo accounts. You will own the commercial relationship from discovery to contract execution, coordinating with Sales Engineering and Product teams to align solutions to client needs.

Candidate should have 5+ years in B2B technology or telecom sales, with IP Transit, Ethernet, and DDoS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of global Internet infrastructure and IP Transit concepts.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Experience managing complex B2B technology or telecom sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies across GIN portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Maintain pipeline data and reliable forecasts in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management.
• Stay current on GIN portfolio, market trends, and customer business models.
