Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive revenue growth for a portfolio of Global IP Network customers and new logo accounts. You will own the commercial relationship from identification through contract execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

The role emphasizes disciplined sales execution, technical credibility, and strong pipeline management across time zones. A 5+ year background in B2B technology or telecom sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of global Internet infrastructure, IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4 addressing, DDoS protection, BGP, ASN concepts.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Strong commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue and NIMRR targets by growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the GIN portfolio, identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract execution and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate opportunity data, and reliable forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management to support outcomes.
