Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle chats, SMS, and emails from a fully remote position in the United States. A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in German and English are required, with a focus on delivering friendly, first‑touch solutions to customers.

You will assist with orders, returns, refunds, and shipping questions, navigate multiple systems, and continuously learn new technologies to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
