Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent based in New York, USA. The role pays $20–$30 per hour and requires a Bachelor's Degree. You will assist clients with returns, discounts, and delivery status, using Talk, SMS, and Email tools to deliver a friendly, fast resolution in a fully remote setting.

You will undergo a 3-week training program and ongoing coaching from Administration Directors to unlock your full potential and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient German (B2) and English (written and spoken).
• Strong listening and communication skills; able to work remotely with a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with returns, substitutions, discounts, and delivery status via Talk, SMS, and Email.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through friendly, fast issue resolution.
• Support clients remotely with a positive, proactive attitude.
