Velora is hiring for a role focused on delivering fundraising-focused implementation services across Keela and Raisely. You will onboard customers, configure campaigns, migrate donor data, and provide training and consulting to ensure successful go-lives.

You will work with multiple clients, develop product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fundraising workflows and user experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.

Mansioni

• Deliver fundraising-focused implementation services across Keela and Raisely.
• Onboard new customers into Keela and Raisely, launch donation forms and campaigns, migrate and validate donor data.
• Provide configuration, training, and consulting to ensure go-live success.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations and manage data transformations.
• Build trusted customer relationships and advocate best practices in fundraising workflows.
• Collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product teams to improve the customer experience.
