Job summary

Velora is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist to lead fundraising implementations for Keela and Raisely from a remote-first setup. You will onboard customers, migrate donor and fundraising data, and configure campaigns while delivering training and ongoing consulting to ensure successful go-lives.

You will work across Success, Sales, and Product, helping clients adopt best practices in fundraising operations, reporting, and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs).
• Excel data manipulation and reporting proficiency.
• Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations for Keela and Raisely.
• Onboard new customers and migrate donor data.
• Configure campaigns, peer-to-peer and event fundraising setups, and payment processor support.
• Provide training and consultative configuration to ensure successful go-lives.
• Coordinate with Success, Sales, and Product to feedback and improve the platform.
