Velora is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deliver fundraising-focused implementations across Keela and Raisely. You’ll work with 40+ customers, translating goals into system configurations, data migrations, and best-practice fundraising workflows.

This remote-first role collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure go-lives and success. Candidates have 2+ years in software implementation, project management, and fundraising operations; strong Excel data skills; and

Competenze

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting or implementing fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs).
• Proficient in Excel, with mastery of data manipulation and analysis to ensure accurate imports, exports, and reporting.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong desire to create value, solve problems, and delight customers.
• Tech savvy and passionate about learning and managing multiple software tools at once.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical and customer support through email and calls, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce is a bonus.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on fundraising trends, platform best practices, and customer needs.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations, including: campaign configuration, peer-to-peer and event fundraising setup, payment processor support and troubleshooting, integrations and workflow setup.
• Manage 40+ customers simultaneously across Keela and Raisely.
• Manipulate and transform data sets to improve data quality and organization.
• Provide fundraising and donor management expertise through consultative setup, calls, and email follow-up.
• Deliver strong project management, consulting, communication, and leadership to meet scope and timelines.
• Act as liaison between customers and product teams to convey fundraising feedback.
• Collaborate across Services, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate project execution and handoffs.
