Job summary

Velora is a remote-first company combining Keela, Raisely, and Aplos to empower nonprofits with fundraising, donor management, and impact-focused tools. You will deliver fundraising-focused implementations across Keela and Raisely, guiding customers from onboarding to live campaigns and data migrations.

You’ll work with multiple customers, develop product knowledge, and collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product to optimize outcomes and drive adoption of best practices in fundraising workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with data manipulation and reporting capabilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy, able to juggle multiple tools and tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fundraising implementations across Keela and Raisely.
• Develop product knowledge and stay current on features and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end donation form setup, campaign configuration, and fundraising workflows.
• Transform data sets to improve accuracy and organization for donors and campaigns.
• Provide consultative configuration and support to clients to ensure go-live success.
• Deliver strong project management and trustworthy customer communication.
• Liaise with product teams to convey fundraising feedback and improve UX.
