Job summary

Velora is hiring an Implementation Specialist to deliver fundraising-focused implementations across Keela and Raisely. You will manage donor data migration, configuration, training, and go-live support for nonprofit clients.

In this remote-first role, you’ll handle 40+ projects, build trusted customer relationships, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to enhance fundraising workflows and platform usability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting or implementing fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs).
• Proficient in Excel with data manipulation and reporting skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations for Keela and Raisely.
• Configure campaigns, setup peer-to-peer and event fundraising when applicable.
• Support payment processors and troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage integrations and workflow setups with supported tools.
• Transform data sets to improve data quality and organization.
• Provide consultative setup and follow-up to translate goals into configuration.
