Velora is seeking a Customer Experience-focused implementer to deliver fundraising configurations for Keela and Raisely. You will onboard new customers, configure forms and campaigns, migrate donor data, and ensure successful go-live.

You will build trusted relationships, apply fundraising best practices, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to improve the platform for nonprofit clients.

Competenze

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and able to multitask.

Mansioni

• Manage 40+ simultaneous fundraising implementations across Keela and Raisely.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely and stay updated on new features.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising setups including donation forms, campaigns, and event fundraising.
• Transform data sets to improve data quality for contacts, donations, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Success, Sales, and Product to ensure smooth project execution.
