Job summary

Velora is a remote-first company uniting Keela, Raisely, and Keela under one mission to help nonprofits thrive. The Implementation team delivers fundraising-focused deployment services across Keela and Raisely, onboarding new clients, configuring campaigns, and migrating donor data across products.

You will build trusted relationships, guide customers through best practices in fundraising workflows, and partner with Success, Sales, and Product to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation or project management.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs).
• Proficient in Excel with data manipulation and analysis.
• Outstanding customer service with a value-creation mindset.
• Tech-savvy and capable of juggling multiple tools.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40+ customers concurrently, implementing data across Keela and Raisely.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely and stay current on features.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations: form setup, campaigns, and more.
• Transform data sets to improve data quality and organization.
• Provide consultative configuration and follow-up for customer success.
• Deliver project management, consulting, and leadership with on-time delivery.
• Liaise with customers and product teams to improve platform usability.
• Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, and Sales for smooth handoffs.
