Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 1–5 years directly consulting with clients.
• 3–5 years analytical experience including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and ability to design presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior associates and support client delivery teams.
