SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Executive Compensation consultant to provide comprehensive compensation consulting services, market analyses, and data-driven recommendations for health care and not-for-profit organizations.

You will work with client teams, conduct job evaluations and market pricing, and prepare proposals and reports. The role involves collaborating with engagement teams, mentoring junior associates, and delivering high-quality insights while adhering to client

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding specific client market compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement in the appropriate level and title.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Analyze data to determine the appropriate compensation level and job title for existing and proposed executive positions, including more complex positions involving responsibilities within multiple focus areas.
• Shadow project and client relationship managers at client meetings or teleconferences, as requested.
