SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation professional for remote work across national clients. You will deliver consulting on compensation programs, pricing analyses, and governance support, collaborating with client teams and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration).
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design experience.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and market pricing analyses.
• Perform financial modeling and survey analyses for client projects.
• Interpret data to set appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and project teams.
• Mentor junior associates in research and analytics.
• Engage with client delivery teams to align objectives and timelines.
• Support proposal writing and client communications.
