SullivanCotter seeks an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive compensation services and market benchmarking for health care and not-for-profit organizations. You will analyze jobs, perform pricing, develop models, and guide clients through complex pay strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding specific client market compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement in the appropriate level and title.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Analyze data to determine the appropriate compensation level and job title for existing and proposed executive positions, including more complex positions involving responsibilities within multiple focus areas.
• Identify complex job matching and data issues and proactively consult with clients and key associates to determine the appropriate course of action, acting quickly to remove obstacles impeding project steps.
• Shadow project and client relationship managers at client meetings or teleconferences, as requested.
• Establish client relationships and act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, as appropriate.
