Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive compensation consulting services for executive roles across healthcare and not-for-profit clients. You will analyze data, develop market benchmarks, and support client deliverables in collaboration with the Executive Workforce Services Practice.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and help clients align compensation with strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for executive positions.
• Support report writing, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior associates and participate in client meetings and relationship management.
