SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive compensation consulting services for healthcare and nonprofit clients.

You will develop and administer executive compensation programs, perform market pricing, and analyze complex roles to align pay with benchmarks and regulatory requirements. You will work with senior clients, prepare proposals and reports, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with finance/economics focus.
• 1–5 years directly consulting with clients.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, modeling, presentations.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulation impacts on clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses.
• Model data, perform surveys, and interpret compensation benchmarks.
• Advise on complex executive positions across focus areas.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project status.
• Assist with report and proposal writing; mentor junior staff.
• Support client delivery meetings and ensure deliverables.
