Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years analytical experience with data analysis, modeling, and presentation design.
• Knowledge of compensation or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues and pricing analyses.
• Perform job evaluations, analyze roles, and advise on internal placement.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group surveys, and financial modeling.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and client deliverables; support project management.
