Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logos and partner revenue in the Enterprise market. This full-time remote role must be based out of the Boston Metro area in the United States, with compensation including base and uncapped commission plus RSU value.

You will collaborate across marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to grow footprint, manage complex sales cycles, and forecast revenue with clarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players.
• Experience managing a complex sales process and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly motivated sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
• Accelerate growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
• Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in enterprise customers’ data challenges to drive long-term engagements.
• Speak about Fivetran’s vision to audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors.
• Land deals with new Enterprise target accounts and grow footprint through cross-sells and expansion.
• Build strategic relationships with partners to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
• Forecast accurately and provide visibility on sales by actively managing opportunities.
