Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer and partner revenue in the United States. This fully remote role requires residing in IL, WI, OH, or MI and offers uncapped commission with RSU value potential.

You will lead cross-functional deals, manage complex sales cycles, and build strategic relationships with partners to accelerate growth in the Enterprise market. Competitive base plus incentives is provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with multiple stakeholders accountability.
• Familiarity with the modern data technology industry.
• Experience managing a complex sales process and strong presentation/listening skills.
• Fast-paced, evolving environment with high motivation and energy.
• Ability to juggle many tasks and stay organized.
• Strategic thinker who can communicate the big picture.
• Creative, resilient and proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
• Accelerate growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
• Lead discovery to identify required capabilities and desired business outcomes for long-term engagements.
• Communicate Fivetran’s vision to audiences from C-level to individual contributors.
• Target new Enterprise accounts and expand footprint with cross-sells and new use cases.
• Build strategic partner relationships to identify opportunities and speed deals.
• Forecast accurately and provide visibility on sales and revenue performance.
