MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training and certifications.

You will drive pipeline growth through consultative selling, manage high-volume outreach, and guide qualified candidates through the enrollment funnel, including financial documentation and onboarding. Video consultations will be a key engagement channel.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by presenting the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPI metrics in a fast-paced setting.
• Overcome objections with resilience and motivation.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, funding, and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and urgency.
• Partner with teams to improve retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform related duties.
