Job summary
MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with emphasis on cybersecurity training. This remote role requires engaging candidates, presenting the value of our programs, and steering them through the enrollment funnel from initial consultation to onboarding.
You will maintain high activity, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate with teams to support student starts.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
- Maintain high-volume outreach and steady activity.
- Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Overcome objections and maintain high energy and resilience.
- Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: consultation, funding, onboarding.
- Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust.
