You will manage the full enrollment funnel from first consultation to onboarding, using CRM tools to optimize outreach and conversion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and daily activity standards.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging consultations and support student retention.
