Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with CRM and sales dashboards.
• Strong active-listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outreach cadence.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates.
• Meet or exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs.
