Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the life-changing value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to actively advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, including funding documents.
• Collaborate across teams to support retention and starts.
