Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This remote role drives pipeline growth through consultative sales, engaging candidates from initial consultation to onboarding, while meeting ambitious enrollment targets.

You will manage a high-volume outreach, deliver engaging video consultations, document funding and admissions, and collaborate with teams to support student starts and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze conversion metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume daily outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Overcome objections with resilience and a positive mindset.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video and in-person consultations to build trust.
• Partner across teams to support student retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform additional duties as needed.
