MyComputerCareer seeks an Enrollment Advisor to transform lives by guiding prospective students into IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This remote role supports candidates nationwide, conducting consultative calls and presentations to drive enrollments.

The position requires high-energy sales, a track record of meeting goals, and strong communication. Benefits and tuition support are provided to eligible employees.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven sales success in target-driven environments.
• Ability to manage high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Meet enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate grit when overcoming objections and driving conversions.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and financial readiness.
• Deliver engaging video and in-person consultations.
• Support retention initiatives and start readiness across teams.
