Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This full-time, remote sales role emphasizes pipeline development, consultative selling, and high enrollment targets.

You will conduct consultations, manage the enrollment funnel from initial contact to onboarding, and collaborate across teams to ensure student readiness and starts.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, recruiting, outbound B2B/B2C).
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity.
• CRMs and video tools proficiency; analyze conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and progress candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations.
• Partner across teams on retention and starts.
