MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. This remote role requires consultative selling, empathy, and accountability to convert inquiries into enrolled starts.

You will guide candidates from initial consultation through onboarding, leveraging CRM insights to optimize outreach and achieve ambitious targets. Eligible applicants should have 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales or outbound B2B/B2C.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity and strong organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and video presentation tools; ability to analyze metrics.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert career aspirations into starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversions, and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Overcome objections with purpose-driven grit and optimism.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, including funding docs.
• Deliver engaging in-person or camera-on consultations to build trust.
