Hey Jane is hiring a Clinical Operations Senior Manager to design and scale the care model across 24+ states. This remote role partners with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to build cadence, playbooks, and staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or related operational role.
• Comfortable with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; able to learn AI and analytics tools.
• Experience working across multiple states with licensing and coverage constraints.
• Partner on scaling care model projects and capacity planning.
• Own the SOP library and audit/review processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own scaling of the care model and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain the escalation playbook for day-to-day ops.
• Coordinate clinic staffing and licensing priorities.
• Design SOPs and manage cross-team SOP library updates.
• Plan staff recruitment with Clinic leadership.
• Coordinate feature launches for clinic-facing changes.
