Hey Jane is expanding its Clinical Operations function and seeks a leader to own the foundation of operations across 24+ states. You will translate company priorities into a quarterly roadmap, partner with product and clinical leadership, and design scalable processes for staffing, escalation, credentialing, and SOP management.

You will drive the playbooks, governance, and cross-functional collaboration needed to support rapid growth while ensuring compliant, safe, and efficient virtual care

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or a related role.
• Ability to turn priorities into a clear, working plan and keep it on track.
• Comfort with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; quick learner of AI/data tools.
• Translate company priorities (OKRs) into actionable team plans.
• Experience across licensing and coverage constraints in multiple states.

Mansioni

• Roll up your sleeves and wear hats at various levels as needed.
• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and make progress visible on a cadence.
• Partner on scaling the care model and capacity planning.
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling.
• Help design clinical payroll processes as needed and oversee credentialing priorities.
• Own the SOP library, audit process, and cross-team training materials.
