Job summary

Hey Jane in the United States seeks a Senior leader to build and own Clinical Operations from the ground up. The role spans strategy, playbooks, and scalable processes across 24+ states, including licensing and credentialing controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or related operational role
• Ability to turn ambiguous priorities into a clear working plan and keep it on track
• Comfort with scheduling, EHR, and clinical ops systems; quick to learn AI and data/analytics tools
• Fluency translating priorities (OKRs, quarterly plans) into executables for a team
• Value decision boundaries between operational vs clinical decisions
• Ability to design and implement playbooks and scale by letting others run day-to-day
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and clinical leadership
• Accountability mindset for catching problems early and stepping in when needed
• Comfort building structures across 24+ states with licensing and coverage constraints

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap translating priorities into a plan and visible progress
• Partner on scaling the care model projects and capacity-model support
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling
• Assist in designing clinical payroll processes; ensure ongoing review and approvals
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization
• Own the SOP library and audit/review process with cross-team training material
• Coordinate feature launches ensuring staff understand changes
• Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain clinicians
