Job summary

Hey Jane is building an expansive Clinical Operations function and seeks a Senior Manager to own its roadmap, cadence, and playbooks as we scale. You will partner with clinical leadership, operations, product, and executive teams to shape how our clinical operations operate across 24+ states.

This high-ownership role requires turning ambiguous priorities into a working plan, building scalable processes, and leading cross‑functional efforts to recruit and retain top clinical talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or healthcare admin.
• Able to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap.
• Scale the care model and capacity planning.
• Build and own the escalation playbook.
• Help design payroll processes as needed.
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization.
• Maintain SOP library and audit process.
• Coordinate clinic feature launches.
• Partner with clinic leadership to recruit and retain staff.
