Hey Jane is seeking a Clinical Operations Senior Manager to own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks enabling our clinical team to scale with confidence. This high-ownership role partners with clinical, operations, product, and leadership to shape how Clinical Operations scales as we grow.

You will lead capacity planning across 24+ states, design escalation processes, and oversee licensing, credentialing, and SOP management while hiring and retaining top clinical talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration
• Experience with scheduling and EHR systems
• Ability to operate across 24+ states with licensing constraints

Responsibilities

• Scale the care model by validating staffing assumptions
• Build and own the escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling
• Oversee licensing and credentialing prioritization
• Own SOP library and cross-team training materials
• Coordinate clinic feature launches for staff clarity
• Partner with clinic leadership to recruit and retain clinicians
