Hey Jane is seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Operations to build the foundation for scaling clinical teams across multiple states while partnering with leadership and product. You will shape roadmaps, establish playbooks, and drive efficiency and automation in operations.

The role emphasizes high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong ability to translate priorities into actionable plans across scheduling, EHR systems, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, leadership, healthcare administration or similar.
• Ability to translate priorities into a working plan with clear milestones.
• Experience across scheduling, EHR and clinical operations systems; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats as the team needs.
• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and track progress on a regular cadence.
• Partner on scaling the care model projects and capacity-model support.
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling.
• Help design clinical payroll processes as needed.
• Own licensing and credentialing prioritization.
• Own the SOP library and audit/review process; keep training materials current.
• Coordinate feature launches so clinic-facing changes land clearly for staff.
• Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain strong clinical staff.
