Job summary

Hey Jane is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks that enable our clinical team to scale confidently. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, product, and leadership to shape how operations function as we expand across 24+ states.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, ownership of licensing/credentialing, and maintaining SOPs while driving cross-team training and staff recruitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or related leadership.
• Experience across scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems.
• Ability to design scalable operating playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Partner on scaling the care model projects and capacity planning.
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling.
• Help design clinical payroll processes as needed.
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization.
• Own the SOP library and cross-team training material updates.
• Coordinate feature launches for clinic-facing changes with staff.
• Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain strong clinical team members.
