Job summary

Hey Jane is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to design and scale our nationwide clinical operations framework. You will own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks, partnering with clinical, operations, product, and leadership to enable rapid growth.

You’ll drive capacity planning across 24+ states, build escalation processes, and shape staffing through licensing and credentialing prioritization. This role offers high ownership in a remote, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or related leadership roles.
• Comfortable with scheduling, EHR, and other clinical ops systems; adept with new tools.
• Able to design structure across multiple states with licensing constraints.
• Experience scaling care models and capacity planning.
• Ability to create and maintain an escalation playbook for operations.
• Experience designing payroll processes and compliance workflows.
• Knowledge of licensing and credentialing prioritization.
• Maintain and update SOP library and cross-team training materials.
• Coordinate feature launches with clarity for clinic staff.
• Partner with clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain strong clinicians.
