Hey Jane is hiring a Senior Manager for Clinical Operations to build and scale the foundation of our clinical team across 24+ states. You will own the quarterly roadmap, OKRs, and operational playbooks, partnering with clinical leadership, product, and operations to drive expansion, efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or related operational role.

Responsibilities

Roll up your sleeves across roles as needed.
Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and track OKRs.
Partner on scaling the care model and staffing capacity planning.
Build and own the operational escalation playbook for day-to-day fires.
Design clinical payroll processes in collaboration with the Specialist.
Own licensing and credentialing prioritization.
Maintain the SOP library and training materials updated across teams.
Coordinate feature launches for clinic staff and patients.
Recruit, hire, and retain strong clinical team members.
