Job summary

Hey Jane is building scalable Clinical Operations to support expanding access to reproductive health care. The Senior Manager will shape the quarterly roadmap, OKRs, and playbooks to enable a growing clinical team to operate efficiently across 24+ states.

You’ll partner with clinical leadership, product, and operations to drive staffing plans, launch new care channels, and establish robust processes for escalation, credentialing, and SOP maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, leadership, healthcare administration, or a related role.
• Ability to turn priorities into a clear plan and maintain it over time.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; analytics use encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly Clinical Ops roadmap and track progress.
• Collaborate with Product, clinical leadership, and executives.
• Design and maintain the SOP library and escalation playbooks.
