Zusammenfassung

SOLVE Energy is seeking an experienced BESS Engineer III to lead the design, development and optimization of battery energy storage projects. Fully remote role with expectation of travel to support project execution and client meetings.

You will provide technical direction across electrical, civil, SCADA, and HV scopes, mentor engineers, and ensure safety, performance and reliability targets are met for utility-scale projects.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering degree required; master's preferred.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering focused on BESS or power systems.
• Experience with lithium-ion BESS, inverters, BMS, and interconnection equipment.
• Familiarity with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and utility standards.
• PE license preferred

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for BESS engineering scopes guiding project teams.
• Lead design and engineering of BESS ensuring contract and AHJ compliance.
• Review feasibility studies and system sizing analyses for optimal configs.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams on BESS principles.
