Sales Talent, Inc. recruits for 4 BDRs to join a growing AI company building its first U.S. sales team.

This fully remote role is in an outbound, phone-first motion, with ET or CT preferences, and a clear path to AE for top performers. You’ll collaborate with GTM/RevOps to build lists and drive conversations that lead to booked meetings. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience, a strong outbound background, and comfort with high-volume calls.

Formación

• 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience with strong outbound and cold-calling background.
• Not an inbound lead-follow-up role; must enjoy phone work and high-volume calling.
• Comfortable building conversations, prospecting, and booking meetings.
