Job summary

Buynomics is seeking a Business Development Representative for a fully remote role open to Eastern and Central Time zones in the United States. You’ll drive growth through outbound outreach, collaborate with Account Executives, and qualify leads based on our ICP.

Ideal candidates have up to 1 year in sales/BDR, a growth mindset, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is required, with foreign language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, BDR roles, or related early-career experience.
• Strong time-management and self-motivation.
• Confident in cold and warm outreach to present Buynomics and uncover needs.
• Languages: fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify target accounts and generate pipeline.
• Qualify leads with discovery calls aligned to our ICP.
• Continuously test and refine outreach tactics for impact.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
• Meet quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.
• Stay updated on Buynomics offerings and industry trends.
