Job summary

Liberate is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to fuel growth in our remote-first team. You will prospect, qualify leads, and partner with Account Executives to advance opportunities.

A BA/BS is required; 1–3 years of outbound prospecting is expected, with a track record of turning outreach into opportunities. Startups experience is a plus, and there are equity options and unlimited PTO as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting with a track record of turning outreach into opportunities.
• Ideally coming from a startup (native-AI even better!).

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move prospects through the sales funnel and ensure smooth handoffs for qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and communications in the CRM system.
• Partner with marketing to refine lead generation and outreach campaigns.
• Continuously learn about our product and industry to engage prospects effectively.
