Job summary

Securly is hiring a fully remote U.S.-based BDR to own the top of the funnel for K-12 districts. The role offers a $60,000 base and $30,000 variable, totaling a $90,000 OTE, with structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

You will focus on high-volume outreach and qualification to hand opportunities to AE teams. You'll use Salesforce and Outreach.io to track activity, collaborate with Marketing and RevOps, and grow within the GTM org.

Qualifications

• High-volume outreach to K-12 districts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Ability to assess inbound/outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit
• Comfort communicating outcomes and customer stories to stakeholders
• Proactive objection handling and consultative conversation skills

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers through multi-touch outreach
• Qualify leads for interest and fit and pass qualified meetings to AE team
• Tell customer success stories and provide market data to illustrate value of safetyOS
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach.io; coordinate with Marketing/RevOps
• Hand off meetings smoothly to Sales and contribute to coaching and improvement
