Job summary

Securly is hiring a remote, U.S.-based BDR to kick off your sales career with a total target of $90,000 OTE ($60,000 base + $30,000 variable). This role focuses on protecting students and growing the K-12 customer base.

You'll own top-of-funnel activities, including high-volume outreach to school districts via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will qualify leads and hand opportunities to Account Executives, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/SDR roles or similar sales positions is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to handle objections.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Share the Securly story and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
