Securly is hiring a remote, U.S.-based BDR to own the top of the funnel, initiating conversations with K-12 districts via calls, email, and LinkedIn. You'll qualify opportunities and hand them off to Account Executives while collaborating with Marketing and RevOps.

You'll receive a structured ramp with coaching, opportunities to grow into AE or adjacent roles, and a compensation package with $90,000 OTE. This role emphasizes student safety and measurable impact.

Qualificações

• High-volume outbound outreach experience to K-12 decision-makers.
• Strong communication and listening skills with ability to tailor conversations.
• Comfort with CRM tools and multi-channel outreach.
• Interest or experience in K-12 EdTech and student safety.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Share outcomes and customer stories to illustrate safetyOS value.
• Track activity in Salesforce and Outreach.io; hand off qualified meetings to AE.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize pipeline.
