Securly is seeking a remote, U.S.-based Business Development Representative (BDR) to launch your sales career. The role offers $60k base + $30k variable (OTE $90k) and fully remote work with strong health coverage and a learning stipend.

You’ll own the top of the sales funnel by reaching out to K-12 districts, qualify opportunities, and hand qualified leads to Account Executives. You’ll report to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with Marketing and RevOps.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via high-volume, multi-touch outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
