Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a strategic ACO Contract Manager for a remote role in the United States. Lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals and provider groups, and manage the full lifecycle from negotiation to renewal, ensuring alignment with financial and quality objectives.

You will develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO models, and collaborate across departments to support network adequacy and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, and reimbursement structures.
• Excellent financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Ability to interpret and assess legal documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts in line with financial objectives and templates.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal, amendments, and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve disputes to sustain partnerships.
• Assess network performance to identify cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Contribute to network development and provider recruitment and marketing.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO models.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and operational implications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align contracts with business priorities.
