Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in healthcare contracting, provider relations, or health plan operations.
• Experience with value-based methodologies and ACO arrangements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contracts from initiation through renewal and closure, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and senior contacts.
• Address provider concerns and facilitate effective dispute resolutions.
• Evaluate network performance to identify cost and quality improvements.
