Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager based in the United States for a remote role. You will lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers, overseeing the full lifecycle from negotiation to renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience in healthcare contracting, provider relations, or health plan operations.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, reimbursement structures, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts in line with financial objectives and policy guidelines.
• Oversee contracts from initiation to renewal and closure, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms per policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes to support long-term partnerships.
• Assess network performance and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
• Contribute to network development and provider recruitment to expand network adequacy.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO and risk-based models, to improve outcomes and financial performance.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and support cross-functional strategic decisions.
